Training plan

  • Want to be strong like olympic weightlifters? Train like them.

    Our weightlifting sessions are a combination of basic weightlifting, squats and press, including warmups and accessory work.

  • These are not “plain ol’ pump sessions”.

    Powerbuilding combines the big three lifts with selected accessory work and thereby forges a well-rounded strength athlete – and big muscles.

  • We believe in the basics and so should you!

    From basic gymnastics work to high skill training. Our gymnastics work is divided into different phases and includes a thorough warmup, skill and strength parts as well as high skill workouts.

  • Take your engine to the next level!

    Depending on where we are in the season, our endurance sessions are divided into longterm, midterm and shortterm sessions – each taxing your system in a different way to forge your engine!

  • We love this sport. Though, we strongly believe doing solely Metcons all year round won’t take your training to the next level.

    This is why our training plan includes lots of Metcons – at the right time in the season.
